​My professional interests include program management, business strategy, operations, technology, communication, and mentorship.
 
After living my entire life in Cleveland, I recently moved with my fianceé to Silicon Valley and joined Google Cloud as a Program Manager! I serve as a Communications Lead (see page 6) on the Incident Management team, owning the internal and external communications for data incidents that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of customer data. To ensure Google remains a trusted leader in the Cloud industry, I work with our legal, engineering, public relations, customer support, and senior executive teams to draft, review, and deliver time-sensitive notifications and information to customers across the world. 
 
Previously, I’ve initiated and delivered products across both physical and digital realms:

• an award-winning Smart Manifold for HVAC technicians (patent listing)
• a ZigBee-to-Cloud rooftop monitoring and alerting system
• an explosion-proof gas detection device
• a cloud-based system for collecting and analyzing publicly-available Internet data
• a feature-rich private web application giving analysts access to geographic data, robust text searching, media, and natural language processing
• an ETL-certified LED therapy light for neonatal jaundice
• a greywater monitoring system for the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry
• a web portal for monitoring, reporting, and invoicing commercial proxy usage
• a BLE igniter for commercial fire pits (for which I also wrote the microcontroller software)
• a customized REST API for requesting and retrieving online reviews

Having worked with both startups and established clients, my philosophy of project management centers on getting things done through transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation.  Using state-of-the-art tools and practices, I collaborate with clients, executives, and engineers to guide teams and organizations to greatness!
